A YEAR FROM NOW THE CREEPS BEGAN THEIR DESTRUCTION OF OUR LIVES

A year from now, on July 31, 2008, being high on drugs, the boorish sexual predator President for SV HOA CRAIG DULIS came to our unit and sexually harassed my at-that-time wife. 
After he assaulted me before because of my age, he right in front of me demanded a sexual favor from her.  His brutish abuse of his position in Salish Village and his boorish predatory act triggered our adverse reaction, and also their attempt to shake us down and to coerce her to  silence. 
Eventually, pretending to be a great friend of mine, his good buddy and accomplice CARL MASON succeeded in brainwashing her, and in luring her to the affair with him in order to discredit her in her planed lawsuit against predatory DULIS.  To make sure that even I wouldn't be able to take his buddy DULIS to the court for his previous assault motivated by my age, creed and national origin, he-they bribed my not too sophisticated wife by the large amount of money and by the numerous shady services and coerced her to science. 
When they realized that they couldn't stop me in pursuing the justice, they further bribed her, and also bribed her Honduran parents by arranging the illegal employment for them in the United States and by the other favors.  Eventually, they succeeded in making her forget on the great 11 1/2 years that we spent together, and on our great plans for the future, and even succeeded in turning her against me.   This ultimately led to our divorce, and to the complete destruction of our business venture that we had been just starting at that time.

SEXUAL PREDATOR, EMBEZZLER AND RACKETEER CARL MASON THREATENS ME

Initially he pretended to be a good friend of mine and grossly abused his position of the manager in SALISH VILLAGE on intruding into our home. Then, he began interfering into our life, and brainwashed, bribed, and eventually completely screwed my wife.  Now, this despicable street-smart creep is shameless enough, and has enough guts to threaten me!!! 

Being emboldened by the cover-up of his and DULIS' crimes and wrongdoings, and also by the spiteful stonewalling of their victim, so willfully provided for them by the lousy PINNACLE AN AMERICAN MANAGEMENT SERVICES COMPANY that currently manages the Salish Village from outside, the  sexual predator and racketeer CARL MASON runs up and down through Salish Village and openly threatens me.
He blazons that he will soon run me out of Salish Village, but he wouldn't need to move even a finger, because all would be done for him by the Salish Village HOA and by the PINNACLE AN AMERICAN MANAGEMENT SERVICES COMPANY.  In addition to his other serious threats, he promises that he'll "chew me up and spit me out," but I would never know from where it came on me.  

I wouldn't be surprised if he or PINNACLE would try something, because the PINNACLE showed to be arrogant and creepy like a hell, and his latest treats are just continuation of his and his buddies previous malicious actions.   Their hit-man LANDLORD OPPFELT even tried to cause my untimely death - to kill me, and when he didn't succeed, they compelled my at-that-time wife to purge herself in court and obtain the bogus Protective Order against me.  Then, they wanted to set me up for its violation and have me jailed.  See the brief summary at: BRIEF RECAP OF DULIS' AND MASON'S MALICIOUS ACTIONSLORD-LIKE OPPFELT - LANDLORD FROM HELLLOUSY McCUE & ASSOCIATES INC. 

Everybody could notice that manager MASON is not a brightest bulb in the package.  However, he is obviously dumb enough to believe that he could abuse his professional position in Salish Village; could intrude in my home; could deceive me; could mingle with my wife; could brainwash her; could bribe her; could predatorily seduce her; could destroy my marriage; could destroy everything on what I (and even she) was working so hard; could cause me enormous emotional, medical, and financial damages; and then he would getaway with all of this without proper repercussions. 
He is also dumb enough to believe that the Salish Village HOA could revoke my lease without a major fight, and that it would be the end of the story.  He is obviously primitive and arrogant enough to not realize that it wouldn't, even if they would find another such a bias and obviously incompetent judge as the Superior Court JUDGE HARRY McCARTHY, and that it would be a new beginning if they would succeed in forcing/harassing me out of my home. 
He also couldn't grasp that I didn't teach my ex-wife just about everything what she knows now, just for such a spiteful, fat, sterilized, deceiving, stealing, embezzling and heavily snoring potbelly as he is to enjoy it.  He obviously also underestimates my determination to get justice, as well as the compensation for damages that he, and his equally creepy buddies done to me. 

Their previous dirty attempts to hurt me, and to even kill me failed, and they just couldn't get it that I'll pursue my quest for justice regardless of where I would live.  The only way to stop me, and to get me out of Salish Village before my lease expires, is to compensate me for damages that he, and his biddies done to me. 
They could run, but couldn't hide!  I'm not a quitter, and each additional hassle that he, and his accomplices and protectors would give me, will just forge my determination to bring him and them to justice. 
However, because they are so sneaky, crafty and dangerous, I have taken the proper precautions for the case if they would succeed in their attempts to incapacitate me or would cause my untimely death.

SEXUAL PREDATOR, EMBEZZLER AND RACKETEER CARL MASON BRUTALIZES HIS EX-WIFE

He deluded my wife from me, prevents her to speak with me, and now he even brutalizes his ex-wife Toni, which he recently divorced, for speaking with me.  
He gets violent and dirty, and screams obscenities and slanders every time when he could see her speaking with me.  In additions to calling me by dirty names and having his buddies to harass me, he yells at her that she shouldn't speak with me because I am a crazy old man. 

Interestingly enough, when he abused his professional position in Salish Village and secretly mingled with my at-that-time wife behind my back, he kept telling us the same slanders about his wife Toni.  Just a few weeks after we came to Salish Village, his buddy in crime the predatory President DULIS, discretely told us that he hates Toni because she ruined CARL's life. 

Only later, it came to the surface that there is nothing wrong with CARL's wife, and that he and CARL are filthy sexual predators and hooker patronizes that abuse their positions in Salish Village and even invites the paid hookers to Salish Village cabana.  It also became clear that his friend CARL is a sterilized hypocritical bigot that claims to be a devoted Catholic and pulls Jesus by his legs while acting like a miscreant. 
He has even the large tattoo of Jesus on his chest, to allegedly remind him to live by Ten Commandments, and to never abandon his wife and his children as he did it before. 

But his devotion didn't prevent him to drive his wife Toni from her home just because she was stricken by the serious illness and wasn't willing to eat his lies.  His devotion also didn't prevent him to abandon his two boys when they needed him most, just to be able to bring to their home my at-that-time wife as his concubine.  Even worse, he did it to prevent us to file the lawsuit against his buddy in crime, the boorish sexual predator CRAIG DULIS on the first place; and to satisfy his pervert desires of course.  Unfortunately, she was simpleminded enough to get excited by his crooked lies, and to fall in love with him or whatever it is from her side. 
Regardless of what she though or felt, she became the part of the problem, and by her naive recklessness destroyed the marriage of the other woman that struggles to raise MASON's two teenage sons into decent men.

It become clear that throughout the years MASON systematically debauched his wife, and is scummy enough to portray her as a crazy woman, just because while dealing with her illness she became frustrated by his constant lies, and by the crowd of his friends with which she had nothing to share because nearly all of them are on his skimpy intellectual level.   Ironically, in that respect it is seems to be better for them to be raised by their mother only, and faraway from their lousy father. 
Now, when he is jumping up-and-down on my ex-wife in Toni's bed, and I'm punishing for reimbursement for damages that he, and his buddies in crime cased me, he portrays me as the old crazy man! 

It speaks loudly about him, because he obviously feels that it is OK to use his professional position in Salish Village on intruding into my home, and on mingling with my wife because I'm old.  In the other words, he reveals that he feels that he could abuse his professional position in Salish Village, and could fly in my face and mingle with my at-that-time wife just because of my age!   That is a sort of age discrimination, and he should know that it is illegal considering the fact that he acts in this way during his regular work time.  

He should also know that my wife, and her family, knew exactly how old I was when we married, and that during our 11 1/2 years marriage she insisted that our age difference is not at all a problem for her.  When she asked me for divorce, she told me that she wants the divorce because I don't want to buy a house, don't want to accommodate her parents with their desire to work illegally in the United States and mainly because I don't want to have children. 
She hates tattoos and snoring, and knowing next to nothing about the deceiving and scavenging manager MASON, she left me for the sterilized, snoring, potbellied and by tattoos decorated creep.  So, I could just say "good for you Wendy, you have gotten what you were asking for." 

I don't wish her anything bad, but she brought herself into it by her reckless inanity.  Unfortunately for her, after she learned what kind of creep her boyfriend really is our marriage was already over and she didn't have much choice.  So she remains hanging on him like snot on the necktie, and he just couldn't get rid of her.  Being afraid that she could turn on him, and could put him and his buddy DULIS to jail, he buckled under her persistent demands that he must marry her. 
Since he is a street-smart creep, he wants to use this debacle for creating the impression that it wasn't DULIS - MASON conspiracy, and the common adultery that resulted from it, but it was the omnipotent love that makes him act like a miscreant. 
Because he is just a primitive MACHO, he wants to dictate to my ex-wife and to his ex-wife with whom they should speak and with whom they shouldn't.

DULIS - MASON - OPPFELT - McCUE GANG HARASSES ME OVER THE PHONE

It is obvious that I must do something right, because they are very angry.  From the time when I began pursuing them, they harass me and hassle me in all possible ways.  After the hateful and insulting e-mail, I'm now receiving a large number of harassing, grossly insulting, and threatening phone calls.  
They are initiated by the same anonymous caller(s), and I have no doubt who is behind this telephone crime.  The creeps, cowards and all kind of rats love to operate anonymously, but I will soon step on their tail!!!

DULIS - MASON - OPPFELT - McCUE GANG CONTINUES IN THEIR HARASSMENT AND IN THEIR TREATS

Being obviously encouraged by PINNACLE's protection, and by their stonewalling me, the DULIS - MASON - OPPFELT - McCUE gang, and by their dubious friends continue in their slanders, harassment, provocations, threats and mockery.  They are calling me and threaten me that my time is coming, and make the other statements, as for instance just say "soon," to the telephone and hang up. 
Some of MASON's and DULIS' friends are known illegal immigrants and drug traffickers, and they both have the longstanding ties to them.   Scores of their friends frequent the manager Mason’s apartment and gather on his patio that faces to my kitchen window.  They make a distinct gestures in direction of my window, and it is obvious that villainous manager MASON enjoys himself and solicits or at least encourages their provocative and threatening actions.

Since some of them are drifters that are in this country illegally, and for a few bucks would do the most heinous thinks, their actions make me fear of my physical good being and of my life. 

After we moved to SALISH VILLAGE, DULIS and MASON kept telling us that they actually are the entire SALISH VILLAGE HOA.  Since the SALISH VILLAGE HOA had never responded to any of the monthly invoices that I'm sending them for U.S. Importex and GlenSpirit companies that suffered sizable loses due to DULIS' and MASON's deplorable actions, it is clear that SALISH VILLAGE HOA is rotten, and that there would be no point to file my complaint on DULIS' and MASON's threats and provocations with them.   
Since the creepy and completely irresponsible PINNACLE MANAGING COMPANY insists that they wouldn't even speak with me because I'm not a bloody SALISH VILLAGE homeowner, I have filed the formal complaint with my shyster-landlord CHRIS OPPFELT.  I knew that this bloody creep wouldn't follow his landlord's duties and wouldn't take any action.  However, he is the only person (although talking about this low-life as about a person is too big compliment to him) with whom I could file my complaint. 

And of course, this creep didn't fall short of my expectations, and my complaint just triggered the avalanche of his wickedness.  
I know that he is persistent like diarrhea, and that he would never stop lying, twisting and running of his dirty mouth.  So, after a few of my responses to his shameless lies and insults, I have decided to not waste any more of my time with this bloody creep. 
If the threats and harassment should continue, I would file the complaint with the lousy PINNACLE, regardless whether they would like it or not.  Since I know that they would do absolutely nothing as well, I had also taken the proper measures to insure my safety, and will respond to their further malicious actions decisively on my own.

HARASSMENT BY DULIS - MASON - OPPFELT - McCUE GANG ESCALATES

As to this day, the harassment and threats by the DULIS - MASON - OPPFELT - McCUE gang continues and even escalate.  Being fed up of them, based on the information that I have received on June 15 from the PINNACLE representative that manages the Salish Village from outside, I have filed the formal complaint with my bloody landlord CHRIS OPPFELT and had requested him to pass my complaint on the PINNACLE MANAGING CO.  See the  FORMAL COMPLAINT FILED WITH LANDLORD OPPFELT and OPPFELT'S CREEPY RESPONSES TO MY FORMAL COMPLAINT.
I knew that he would refuse to pass my complaint on PINNACLE, because it would contradict his constructive eviction schema and his sickening personal vendetta.  I also knew that the crappy PINNACLE MANAGING Co. is tangled with DULIS and MASON by the questionable but handsome deals due to which the Salish Village fell to their portfolio, and that they wouldn't do anything in this matter even if the bloody landlord OPPFELT would. 
However, primarily to satisfy the due process from my side, and to let those creeps know that I'm not about to bow under their treats, and that I'm ready to meet any of their future adverse action with the decisive response, I have filed this complaint with him anyway.  See the  FORMAL COMPLAINT FILED WITH LANDLORD OPPFELT and OPPFELT'S CREEPY RESPONSES TO MY FORMAL COMPLAINT.

And of course, instead of passing my formal complaint on the PINNACLE MANAGING CO. as I have requested, the bloody twister and creepy liar landlord  OPPFELT came-up with his old arrogant request that he wants to speak with my legal counselor.  He is not a lawyer, and obviously has a lousy formal education, and none of the legal advisors that I have contacted considered his request to speak with them appropriate.   But this couldn't stop this bloody creep with his demands! 
He already made such arrogant demands before, but always refused to tell me what HE, BIG LORD-LANDLORD OPPFELT, wants to speak with my counselor about.  So, it makes me wonder what it could be.  Probably, he wants to tell to my legal advisor to not mess up with him, because he is a BIG LORD-LANDLORD OPPFELT and I'm "just an immigrant from the Communist country," and that according him "I'm just the ill and crazy old man that needs some psychiatric help." 
Ironically he is a bloody bustard that came here from the Communist Ukraine, but he slanders me in such way all around. 
He even insulted me by such slanders in the open court, during the KANGAROO -like court hearing on my Petitions for the Protective Orders that I have filed against him, and against his accomplices DULIS and MASON. So, I assume that this is what he also might want to tell to my legal counselor. 

I have filed those Petitions against them because of their coordinated harassment, and because of their alleged attempt to set me for the violation of the bogus Protective Order, which the bias, and obviously completely incompetent Superior Court JUDGE HARRY McCARTHY blindly grounded to my corrupted and lying at-that-time wife.  Then, based on the Washington State law, they want to have me Jailed. 
Instead of reprimanding this bloody calumniator for his slandering and downright illegal insults, the profoundly bias JUDGE HARRY McCARTHY that just a few days before grounded to my corrupted wife that bogus Protective Order was all ears. 

It was a "kangaroo court" preceded by evidently bias Judge. It makes me feel that he might have more mutual with the owner of the lousy McCUE & ASSOCIATES than just his Scottish prefix in front of his name.  And of course, he flatly denied my Petitions for the Protective Orders against DULIS, MASON and OPPFELT and it took me next two and half month of the hard work to have his bogus Order that he blindly grounded to my corrupted wife terminated.  Click on this link for more information on this subject

Regrettably, the bloody shyster-landlord OPPFELT takes the indecent advantage of JUDGE HARRY McCARTHY's profoundly unfair and sickening decisions, and his equally creepy buddies DULIS and MASON follow the suit.  Since then, they feel to attack me, harass me, and to threaten me with impunity.

SHYSTER-LANDLORD OPPFELT SABOTAGES THE EASEMENT OF MY ECONOMIC HARDSHIP AND WILLFULLY PUTS ME IN THE INCREASED RISK OF UNTIMELY DEATH

After being crippled by my medical problems and by the forced relocation from the place where I was living for past 15 years, and after being completely devastated by the sexual predators and racketeers President for Salish Village HOA CRAIG DULIS and manager CARL MASON that screwed my wife, destroyed my marriage, and ruined my economic future, I have qualified for the Section 8 program that would ease my economic hardship. 
In addition to the crashing problems that resulted from our moving to the SALISH VILLAGE, for past ten months I have to go without the prescribed medication because I couldn't afford to pay the relatively hefty co-payments that the insurance companies now require from the Medicare patients.  On top of that, the shyster-landlord OPPFELT wickedly prevents me to have a live-in aid and even a service dog that would act for me in the case of emergency. 
In my medical condition the medication is vital, and a few minutes in the case of emergency could make a difference between life and death.  The Section 8 rent-voucher is portable and could be used anywhere in the United States.  Perhaps most importantly, the high rent relieve would allow me to buy the needed medication and to hire a home-service that would act for me in the case of emergency. 

After the long struggles, the KCHA sent me a bunch of forms, and on  October 5, 2009, I had asked the shyster-landlord OPPFELT to sign the Landlord Certification of Rent form as the KCHA requested.  It is just a simple form where the landlord certifies that the tenant paid the rent in the past as should be.  Nothing more!!!   However, this simple request for signing of this simple form triggered the new round of hassles with this bloody creep, and it revealed, once again, what kind of evil SOB he truly is. 
After DULIS and MASON completely screwed my wife, and destroyed everything what I was striving for, the shyster-landlord OPPFELT became their protector and enthusiastic hit-man.  Since then, he wickedly exploits my medical trauma and does everything to harm me.  Knowing that his wicked action could easily cause my untimely death, on December 31, 2008, this bloody creep almost succeeded in murdering me.  Then, he frivolously disregarded the notes written to him by my two doctors, and it become unequivocal that he willfully attempts to cause my untimely death - to murder me. 

His villainous actions became the proof not just of his wicked nature, but also the proof of his intend to cause me the maximum harm.  Therefore his next villainous reaction to my request to sign that simple receipt-form wasn't a surprise to me.  He notoriously abuses his ownership to the unit that I'm leasing from him, and from November 26, 2008 willfully violates the state and federal laws and greatly increases the initial damages that his accomplices DULIS and MASON inflicted on me, and on my two companies GlenSpirit and U.S. Importex. 
He knows, or he should know, that the state and federal laws and rules supersede whatever is written, and is even agreed, in our lease.  However, in his e-mail from December 13, 2008 1:38 PM, he refused to comply with the Washington Housing Laws and with the American with Disabilities Act.  Despite of that we have just about six months before signed the 5-years lease with him, and based on it have completely refurbished his run-down unit, he cynically declared there that my tenancy would be coming to end fairly soon.
I his e-mail from February 7, 2009 9:05 PM, he stipulated his subversive position, and on top of his other spiteful reasons, he reasoned that jumping of the lease would "make it easier for me to maintain compliance with the Protective Order in place against me."  Which meant, the compliance with the bogus Protective Order that being coached by HIM over the Internet, and by HIS buddies in crime Craig Dulis and Carl Mason in person, when they crossed the County, State and Country line with the intend to commit the crime and to solicit sex in Honduras, my brainwashed and coerced at-that-time-wife fraudulently obtained

He knows very well that she was able to obtain this bogus and utterly unjust Protective Order thanks to the profound bias of the JUDGE HARRY McCARTHY, and that this Order was later completely reversed.  At that time the appeal Judge took a closer look at the evidence, and swiftly rebuffed my at that time already e-wife with her lies that this bloody shyster-landlord OPPFELT, and HIS equally creepy accomplices planed into her head.
It was a wicked schema that only the true creeps could produce, but it didn't work!!!  At the same time, to make sure that I wouldn't be any further threat to him, and to them, he caused me the maximum harm and even tried to kill me. Since he is a sleek shyster he didn't try to gun me down.  Instead, he exploited my serious medical conditions and tried to kill me in the catty way, by the combination of his relentless harassment, and by the health damaging environment that he purposely and maliciously force on me in his unit.  As to this day, he cynically violates the applicable laws and continues in his effort.

To maximize the risk of my untimely death, and the damages that he already inflicted on me, in his e-mail from December 28, 2008 2:04 PM, he prevented me to have even a small pet - a service dog.  Moreover, he arrogantly disregards the notification written to him by my lung doctor, and refuse to fix the persistent smoke problem in his unit as he is required to do so by law.  In addition, he also arrogantly disregards the notification written to him by my heart doctor, and in his e-mail from January 06, 2009 6:04 AM prevented me to have a live-in aid that would act for me in the case of emergency. 

Still more, based on our agreement I'm entitled to have the copies of all his messages that he exchanged with my at-that-time wife.  But he arrogantly violates this agreement, and continues in refusing to give me the copies of his defamatory and subversive e-mail communication that he had with her at the time when she was in Honduras.  Especially, the messages that he had exchanged with her at the time when his protégées, the above named sexual predators and racketeers where coming there to commit there more crimes and to further bribe her and brainwash her there.

On December 20, 2008, he malignantly failed to act on my complaints that I have filled with him on his two protégés and accomplices, the President for Salish Village HOA CRAIG DULIS and manager for Salish Village HOA CARL MASON, when they cynically harassed me during my emotional and health crisis that he willfully helped them to create.  Instead, in February of 2009, he filed his bogus complaint on my alleged inappropriate behavior with the evidently corrupted SV Boards of Directors. 
At the time when those two villains DULIS and MASON pretended to be my at-that-time-wife's and my friends, they repeatedly claimed that the SV Board of Directors is actually only they, plus a one or two impotent homeowners.  Because of their claim, and because the bloody landlord OPPFELT filed that complaint with them without any truth reason, it is absolutely clear that he just wanted to pave the road for their further harassment and for their further malicious actions against me. 

On September 18, 2009, he malignantly declined to act on my urgent complaint that I have filed with him on those above named villains, because they, and their friends stepped-up their harassment. Instead, he grossly attacked me in the most insulting manner.
In the series of his e-mail messages from October 5 - 18 of 2009, he grossly insulted me, again, and wanted to drag me on his sordid level.  Most importantly, he demonstrated his determination to prevent me to receive any government support for which I have qualified due to my medical conditions and my income.  In his e-mail from October 18, 2009 18:16, he wrote me that he prevents me to receive the government's aid, because, according him, I'm "Demanding his assistance/cooperation in a scheme that unquestionably involves my lying to and attempting to defraud a government agency in order to receive financial assistance that I do not deserve." 
He also declares that I have "zero credibility."  But to have a zero credibility in the mind of such a wicked shyster and admitted liar as he is, it sounds to me like a truth compliment.  However, since he combines the alleged "zero credibility" that I have in his wicked mind with his adverse action that undermines my attempt to ease my financial hardship, his otherwise pleasing statement gets the whole new meaning. 

However, I don't know anybody, except of HIM AND HIS ACCOMPLICES, who would deserve to qualify for government's help due to being in such a medical and therefore also financial situation as I'm now.  However, according this creep I am faking my serious heart and lung disease, and IT WOULDN'T BE DOCTORS AND THE ENTITLED AUTHORITIES who would decide for what services I would qualify, but it would be the SHYSTER-LANDLORD OPPFELT who would make this decision!

He frivolously disregarded the notifications that my two doctors wrote him, and despite of my multiple requests for correction maliciously continues in denying me the live-in aid.  In addition, by his latest malicious shyster-action he effectively prevents the easing of my financial hardship, and thus also prevents me to buy the needed medication and to hire a home-service that would act for me in the case of emergency. 
Due to this, my chances for the further damaging complications have considerably increased, and my chances for survival have considerably decreased.

Since he, once again, had proven to be a wicked shyster that cynically violates the Americans With Disabilities Act and the Landlord - Tenant Laws, and because he impudently expressed his malicious determination to harm me even in writing, with the beginning on November 1, 2009, I will include the amount of denied government support into the monthly amount of damages that he willfully inflicted on me. I'll also include there the proper monthly amount for the additional risk and suffering that he causes me.  The rest of his harmful and downright illegal actions would be spelled for him by my attorney in the court of law.

The list of his spiteful action steadily grows, and it is quiet obvious that he hopes that due to my medical condition aggravated by his spiteful actions, I'll die before I would be able to bring him to justice.  Therefore, I made the proper arrangements based on which he would be criminally prosecuted in the case of my untimely death which could be otherwise preventable. The same would happen if I would suddenly disappear, or if anything funny would happen to me.

PRESIDENT DULIS' AND MANAGER MASON's WICKED ACTIONS REFLECT ON THE SALISH VILLAGE HOA, AS WELL AS ON THE PINNACLE MANAGING COMPANY

The wicked actions of those two predatory villains reflect not just on the SALISH VILLAGE HOA, and on the PINNACLE COMPANY that manages the SALISH VILLAGE from outside, but also on the greedy and ignorant SALISH VILLAGE homeowners that allow them to abuse their authorities and maintain them in the top positions afterwards. 
I would skip the responsibility of the other SALISH VILLAGE residents, because they are just toothless "just renters," which in the United States of America are lower than a whale sh*t.  (That's the favorite saying of my former colleague that reasoned that the whale floats very low... ); you can figure up the rest. 

Those two above named specimens converted the SALISH VILLAGE to the EVIL PLACE, and irreversibly harmed the new-coming residents that, in DULIS' idiotic mind, do not belong to America.  He is a first generation Greek, his wife calls him a fagot and a wife-beater, and his daughter wouldn't even speak with him because of the terrible things that he done in his life, he told us before. 
But in his sick mind, the residents that he harmed do not belong to America just because they were not about to tolerate his abusing of power and his boorish sexual advances.  Also, because they are not ultra liberal, and are not terribly excited about the promotion of the gays' and lesbians' obviously genetic disorder as of the alternative lifestyle. 

In all, those two specimens are not just dangerous sexual predators, embezzlers and racketeers, but they also are illegal immigrants abusers, hooker patronizers, and international sex solicitors.  They invite the hookers to the SALISH VILLAGE cabana, and use the SALISH VILLAGE as the hunting ground for the women that would satisfy their salacious desires. 
They also crossed the state and country boarders with the intend to commit crimes of coercion and bribery in the foreign countries, and to solicit sex there in exchange for their promises to smuggle the willing women to the United States and to provide them with the illegal services. 
When water started coming to their shoes, the predatory President DULIS and scavenging manager MASON twice rushed to Honduras to further bribe there the wife of the other SALISH VILLAGE resident, which manager MASON before corrupted and mixed-up while using SALISH VILLAGE resources, and his boss - the boorish sexual predator DULIS financed those trips. 

She traveled to Honduras just to avoid them, and to stay there in the presumed safety of her parents house.  But  even the great distance of thousands of miles couldn't protect her against their spite, and she wasn't safe even there.  Those two creeps bribed her, and also her parents by the illegal services, in exchange for her participation on his and DULIS' wicked plot designed to undercut her husband in his effort to bring them to justice for the damages that they inflicted on both of them.  Click this link for more details. 

It is real embarrassment, and it is also detrimental for the SALISH VILLAGE HOA and for all SALISH VILLAGE homeowners, that for more than a year after the boorish sexual predator CRAIG DULIS grossly assaulted the new coming SALISH VILLAGE residents, and together with the equally creepy manager CARL MASON brainwashed, bribed and mixed-up the wife of the harmed SALISH VILLAGE resident, and inflicted enormous additional damages on both of them, they still allow those two villains to represented them.
It doesn't make any better that, after they brought her to the lose-lose situation, the sexual scavenger MASON condescendingly adopted her as his mistress, and uses her as his mattress, and as his servant-maid that cleans his home, cooks for him the food that she learned to cook from her husband, and washes his frigging underpants. 

She is a simpleminded woman that was raised by her ragged parents to the absolute obedience.  When she done something wrong, her mother poured gasoline on her and threatened her that she would set her on fire.  Having the unwanted chance to appraise this despicable creep, it is not surprise to me that he feeds her by his cheep tricks and takes the indecent advantage of her. 

She also has the unbreakable repulsion to mathematic, and despite of all my effort she was never able to grasp even the simple arithmetic, at least not for long.  During her college studies, I spend a lot of time on tutoring her, and she always happily forgotten what I have painstakingly taught her a day or two before.  
However, people are not born same, and she is well talented in the art field.  So, I was doing all I could to help her to advance in this field.  And, after many struggles, she (we) was even eventually able to acquire her college diploma.   She/we were just about to start her own art business, when we moved to that EVIL PLACE called SALISH VILLAGE just to be victimized there by those two high ranked creeps. 
So, I'm sure that this creep now "counts" her money for her, and that most of her income disappear in his bottomless pockets. 

Instead of letting her to advance with her art talent, this despicable SOB extracts a quick money from her!  He coached her to get the loan (obviously to help him to make the payments on his unnecessary big and unnecessary expensive macho truck), and to sign up for a dubious beauty-school, while she already has one from Honduras. 
Thus instead of doing the artwork that she loves, she now has the loan to pay, and is forced to work as a hairstylist - the work that she didn't want to do during our marriage, allegedly because of her medical problems. 
Although she might not even realize it, for now anyway, she lost a whole lot just because of the despicable and in fact criminal actions of those two villains, and because of their abuses of power and of the resources given to them by the SALISH VILLAGE HOA. 

Although she well deserves all of it, I don't!!!  I don't deserve to be victimized by those two creeps that screwed her, and demolished everything what I was teaching her and what for we were striving together for over a decade.  Deplorably, they could do all of this to us just because at that time the SALISH VILLAGE HOA allowed those two villains to mismanage the SALISH VILLAGE from inside, and the creepy McCue & Associates mismanaged it from outside.  Regrettably, except of changing the managing company, the SALISH VILLAGE HOA maintains this deplorable situation as we speak. 

Even less deserves to be victimized MASON's wretched very ill wife Toni, and his two sons.  This creep banished them from the apartment provided for them by the SALISH VILLAGE HOA, just to be able to bring there his naive and brainwashed mistress.  While the SALISH VILLAGE HOA, and the creepy PINNACLE MANAGING COMPANY allow him to keep this free-of-rent apartment, and also allows him to keep his odd job that pays him very little salaries but provides him with the uncontrolled opportunities to acquire the untaxed income, his  sons, and his wretched wife are striving and are forced to seek the public assistance!!! 
Although they both might say that they couldn't encroach into his private life, the fact stays that they allowed both DULIS and MASON to grossly abuse their authority on encroaching into the life of the other SALISH VILLAGE residents, and on causing them enormous damages. 

In any case, the SALISH VILLAGE HOA is directly responsible for DULIS' and MASON's deplorable actions, and their sickening behavior reflects greatly not just on HOA, but also on all SALISH VILLAGE homeowners as well as on the PINNACLE MANAGING COMPANY; namely on its arrogant employee JIM BASKA that now manages the SALISH VILLAGE from outside. 
Being well aware of their detrimental activities, all of them arrogantly keep those two sexual predators, international sex solicitors, embezzlers and racketeers in the top positions that they so grossly abused.  On top of that, they continue providing the disgusting street-smart macho MASON with the free-of-rent apartment from which he banished his very ill wife, and his two children, although that apartment was initially leased to them, and not to him and to his mistress. 

In fact, the SALISH VILLAGE HOA and the PINNACLE MANAGING COMPANY allow him to use that apartment on adulterous activities, and on abusing of the wife (now ex-wife) of the harmed SALISH VILLAGE resident, which he mixed-up before.  They also allow both DULIS and MASON to abuse their power on harassing him, and do not take any corrective action when the manager MASON threatens him by such statements, as for instance "I would chew him up and spit him out, and I wouldn't even need to move a finger."  He could make such statements, just because he is positive that SALISH VILLAGE HOA, the PINNACLE MANAGING COMPANY and his friends will do the dirty job for him. 

It is obvious that neither the SALISH VILLAGE HOA, nor the PINNACLE MANAGING COMPANY is able to realize how damaging is DULIS' and MASON's behavior to all SALISH VILLAGE residents and to the SALISH VILLAGE reputation.  Therefore, somebody has to call on them, and has to hold them responsible for their spiteful actions, as well as for the damages that they done.

As to this day, this bloody twister refuses to fix the incoming smoke problem in his unit that he promised to fix before, and denies me the right to have the aid.  He also continues in inflicting of still more emotional and financial damages on me.  By forcing me to live in his shabby unit alone, he willfully increases the chance of my untimely death. 
If I would have another medical emergency, then I would most likely die in his lousy unit without any help, and my death would become known only after the liquid from my decaying corps would be dripping on the neighbor below.

He behaves as the Middle Ages Ukrainian aristocrat and believes that the American laws and regulations do not apply to him.  Now, being aggrieved by the fact that he couldn't coerce me to quitting of my quest for justice, and that I have survived his catty attempts to kill me, he portrays me as a crazy old man and systematically smears me. 
Since he couldn't find any dirt to threw at me, he jumped on the bandwagon of JUDGE HARRY McCARTHY's sickening administration of justice, and obviously believes that the relentlessly repeated lies about my alleged lying under oath during the January 20, 2009 court hearing would eventually become truth. 

Being tired of this bloody lies, I have began working on the website where I would publish all related documents and facts.  If he wouldn't quit lying and attacking me by his creepy accusations, I will also obtain the Court voice record and would publish it as well.

A YEAR FROM NOW, THE SHYSTER-LANDLORD OPPFELT ALMOST SUCCEEDED IN HIS ATTEMPT TO MURDER ME

On November 26, 2008, the shyster-landlord OPPFELT learned from the lousy McCUE & ASSOCIATES that I have discovered DULIS' and MASON's plot, and that I know that my at-that-time wife, and I, felt the victims to their schema.  He also learned that NORMAN McCUE - the creepy owner of this lousy association didn't succeed in his attempts to intimidate me and coerce me to silence, and that I am determined to get a due process. 
All of them realized that DULIS and MASON seriously abused their top positions in SALISH VILLAGE, violated the state and federal laws, as well as the SALISH VILLAGE rules, and willfully caused irreversible damages to the SALISH VILLAGE residents.  However, I had not claimed any monetary compensation at that time!  Since my at-that-time wife carries some responsibility for the losses that we have suffered due to our separation, I was willing to absorb them, and intended recover them after the "dust would settle" and we would be able to continue in our commenced business. 

In spite of this, there was a lot at stake for all of them, and they became determined to stop me in my quest for justice at any cost.  At first, the shyster-landlord OPPFELT attempted to use his twisted tongue and persuade me to drop my intend.  Then he became mocking me and harassing me.  Then, he became interfering into my marriage and into my-at-that-time wife's and my private affairs.  Then, he became brainwashing her.  Then, he became plotting with DULIS and MASON and helped them to bribe her and coerce her to filing of the bogus Protective Order against me. 

He became their enthusiastic hit-man, inflicted massive material, physical and emotional damages on me, and ON DECEMBER 31, 2008 tried to  murder me.  However, he is a sleek villain, so he didn't try to gun me down or to murder me in some other doltish way and then serve the time.  Instead, he took advantage of my life-threatening medical conditions, and of my emotional trauma, attempted to cause my untimely death by combining them with the health damaging conditions that he forces on me in his unit, and with the enormous stress that he, together with them, deliberately forced on me at that time. 

My brainwashed, bribed and coerced at-that-time wife voiced that she will give me another heart attack and that she wants to see me death, and MASON smoothing by predicting that I'll soon commit suicide.  At the same time, he and DULIS were watching me through my windows to see whether I'm death yet. 

It was probably the most difficult time in my life.  But I was able to survive, somewhat, and OPPFELT's, and their diabolic actions only forged my determination to bring them to justice.

LOUSY PINNACLE MANAGING COMPANY HASSLES ME

JIM BASKA from the PINNACLE MANAGING CO. that mismanages the SALISH VILLAGE from outside, had breached the self-styled PINNACLE's policy to not deal with the "only renters."  They are obviously just dust to him, but it may be that their weird policy applies just to me.  Nonetheless, on June 15, 2009, when I have contacted the two PINNACLE's representatives regarding to the deplorable issue created in SALISH VILLAGE by the sexual predators, embezzlers and racketeers CRAIG DULIS and CARL MASON that happens to be President and manager there, Mr. BASKA (or his colleague) caustically informed me that it is their policy to deal exclusively with the homeowners. 
Since I am "only a renter," they refused to even speak with me, and arrogantly ignored my following correspondence and effectively stonewalled me.  Same as their predecessors from McCUE & ASSOCIATES, they proved to be irresponsible and arrogant bunch of shameless creeps, and obviously are dumb enough to hope that this issue would somehow vanish. 

However, now the apparently lousy manager JIM BASKA condescendingly stepped down from his arrogant heights.  But he did so just to hassle me by his personal letter regarding the expired tabs on my car parked on the dedicated space in front of my unit.  As he never responded to any of my letters regarding DULIS' and MASON's despicable crimes and wrong doings, he took some of his valuable time on writing me.  In his letter from January 12, 2010, he threatens me that in order to maintain SALISH VILLAGE (THE PLACE OF LIVING EVIL) beautiful, my car would be towed on my expense if I wouldn't correct the problem in 10 days. 

The tags are no big deal to me, but there often are some other cars with the expired tags parked in SALISH VILLAGE and the parking rules are being violated there on daily bases.  For instance, President DULIS' worn-out junk-Cadillac was collecting there the mess and dust for years, and besides of his junk-Cadillac he also stores in Salish Village his pickup truck that he just rarely drives, since he has another car that he actually uses.  In addition, over the summer, he frequently uses there two visitors spaces for parking of his trailer with the boat on it.  But to the apparently lousy manager JIM BASKA, DULIS' violations of the SALISH VILLAGE rules are OK.  
Moreover, SALISH VILLAGE rules do not allow to park there the vehicles that are marked as commercial and the vehicles licensed from the other state.  However, such vehicles park in SALISH VILLAGE for months, and years, but according to the apparently lousy manager JIM BASKA this all is a OK as well!!! 
Therefore, I consider his keen attention to my expired tags as nothing but cherry-picking and downright harassment. 

My tags expired just because I had not received the usual reminder from the licensing department as I always did before.  Since I almost do not drive lately, and thanks to the abysmal events through which I'm forced to go in SALISH VILLAGE, I have completely forgotten to renew them. 
However, I have corrected the problem, and I'm not writing this article to dispute the expediency of SALISH VILLAGE rules.  I also appreciate manager BASKA's agility to keep SALISH VILLAGE (THE PLACE OF LIVING EVIL) beautiful, but I couldn't swallow the fact that he acts as my expired tags could make SALISH VILLAGE less beautiful.  My car is not an eyesore by any mean, but he ordered me to correct the problem in 10 days, while he kindly allows the junks and the other vehicles grossly violating the SALISH VILLAGE RULES to park there for extended period of time. 
Perhaps most importantly, he maintains there, in the top positions, the sexual predators, embezzlers and racketeers - the President for SALISH VILLAGE HOA CRAIG DULIS and manager CARL MASON< that seriously harmed the other SALISH VILLAGE resident and converted the SALISH VILLAGE to the PLACE OF LIVING EVIL.  That's a real shame!!! 

They are not just sexual predators and con-artists, but they are also great escape-artists from whom even the legendary escape artist Houdini could learn.  It may be that he wouldn't die during his last escape stunt if he would.  
When the sexual harassment, as well as the other harassment lawsuit against the boorish zealot and predatory sexual maniac
DULIS was looming, his and MASON's first move was to eliminate the witnesses.  So, they aimed on the apparently weakest link, and brainwashed, bribed, and coerced my at-that-time wife in order to disfranchise her from me. 
When it didn't work well, the DULIS' buddy in crime MASON pretended to be my great friend, and under spiteful excuses of friendly help he bribed her and removed her from our home.  It was heinous and downright creepy, but from the logistic point of view it was a great move. 
When even this didn't work well, those two morons panicked and rushed to Honduras to further bribe her and coerce her, and to also bribe her parents there. 
When I didn't stop pursuing them, their another heinous and downright creepy move was to coerce her to filing of the phony Petition for the bogus Protective Order
When two and half month later that bogus Order was eventually revoked, and I didn't stop pursuing them, they tried to intimidate me by the phony bill for the bogus damages that I have allegedly inflicted on SALISH VILLAGE by posting their crimes and wrong doings in this website.  Their lawyer James L. Strichartz 201 Queen Anne Avenue North, Suite 400 Seattle, Washington,  tried to have my host to teardown this website, and attempted to chew me up and spit me out (as the creepy sexual predator MASON threatened me).  In the course of their wicked actions, they violated not just SALISH VILLAGE rules, but also the state and federal laws!!! 

They made many other spiteful moves, but it would go behind the scope of this article to describe them here.  Nonetheless when none of their creepy escape moves worked, and the lousy McCUE & ASSOCIATES Inc. couldn't cover for them any longer, they made a clever move and hired another lousy managing company that would protect them.  

They were/are actually entire, and otherwise completely dysfunctional SALISH VILLAGE HOA, they said.  So, when water started coming to their shoes, they hired the lousy PINNACLE just to confuse the situation and to create the smokescreen. 
The PINNACLE was very happy to include the SALISH VILLAGE to its shrinking portfolio and as the perk protects them.  They actually gave to the lousy JIM BASKA a nice job, so as the kickback he dances with the music that they play !!!  
Too bad that everybody sensible could see through the smoke that they disperse, but the SALISH VILLAGE homeowners continue to be just a bunch of dumb ignorants, and behave exactly as DULIS and MASON told us before.

Ironically, although it definitely wasn't manager BASKA's intention, his hassling actually saved me of the potential troubles due to the possible driving without the current license.

THE CREEPS CONTINUE CREEPING IN SALISH VILLAGE

Under PINNACLE's new manager JIM BASKA that manages the SALISH VILLAGE from outside, the sexual predators, embezzlers and racketeers CRAIG DULIS and CARL MASON continue in business as usual.  They brought the new revenues to the lousy PINNACLE MANAGING CO. and gave him a nice job, so he adopted them as his personal protégés. 
The board members tired of their tricks and swindles had resigned, so the entire lousy SALISH VILLAGE HOA board consists just of DULIS, MASON and JENNY RUEB, secretary.  Isn't it shameful?   I think that it is not just shameful, but also outrageous!!! 

The sexual predator DULIS continues in abusing of the SALISH VILLAGE resources for his personal good, and his accomplice in crime MASON continues in the sub-leasing of his apartment paid for by the SALISH VILLAGE HOA, and in working on the profitable side-jobs.  When somebody wants to speak with him during his office hours, he is typically nowhere to be found.   But when his sister, or his buddy DULIS wants to speak with him, he is always there.  Since he has the cell phone, also paid for by the SALISH VILLAGE HOA, they know how to reach him.   

And of course, who could blame him.  He has nothing to do in his office anyway, so he uses the computer and the Internet connection, also paid for by the SALISH VILLAGE HOA, for searching of the porn-sites for hookers, and for searching for some great buy and sell-for-profit deals on e-Bay and on the other sites.  So, why he shouldn't use his office time, and the SALISH VILLAGE tools, for his side-jobs that bring him some additional greens.  
He knows how to swindle, so why he should stop now, when the other board members quit, and he and DULIS really are actually the whole Salish Village HOA and the highest authority in Salish Village as they were bragging before. 

According to him, and his boss and buddy DULIS, the SALISH VILLAGE homeowners are just a bunch of ignorants, and as long as their pants wouldn't get on fire, or wouldn't be paying much too high homeowners' fee, they don't care at all about administrative and management issues. Therefore, they could do in Salish Village whatever they want, they told us.
Being not at all concerned about the handful of homeowners that at least occasionally come to the homeowners' meetings, they continue to take the full advantage of this regrettable situation and really do in Salish Village whatever they want, as they did it before. 

Ironically, the prices of the real estate are sagging, and this trend wouldn't change at anytime soon.  Increasing number of unit is empty, the SALISH VILLAGE HOA consist just of DULIS, MASON and secretary RUEB, and the ignorant homeowners are losing their pants.  But despite of that, they continue in maintaining of the fulltime on-side resident "maintenance manager" that abuses the SALISH VILLAGE resources, and in the morning just opens the garage door in the cabana building to make everybody feel that he is working.  They pay for his rent and utilities, and on top of that they also pay him the full-time salaries for doing next to absolute nothing. 
Beside him, there is a second manager JIM BASKA sitting in the PINNACLE MANAGING COMPANY, and all actual maintenance is done by Mexicans, or by the companies that hire them, and give to MASON and DULIS and possibly to BASKA a proper kickback!!! 

Using the common sense, this situation seems to be just preposterous.  But it also seems that DULIS, MASON knew what they were talking about, when they described the SALISH VILLAGE homeowners as the dumb ignorants. 
With DULIS' blessing, MASON swindles them and milks them for years, so why he should stop now when the PINNACLE owns both of them, and they now have arrogant JIM BASKA as their protector. 

I can just say, "good for you SALISH VILLAGE homeowners, you are getting exactly what you deserve."

Today, I have launched the "BETA" version of the KANGAROO COURT website at http://kangaroocourt.salishvillage.com
Nonetheless, despite of the traumatizing and judicially sadistic mistreatment to which I had been subjected in JUDGE HARRY McCARTHY's courtroom, I have not planed on creating of this website.  It would require the compilation of all facts, and to do that seemed to me as just senseless opening of the old wounds and wasting of time.  However, my snide shyster-landlord CHRIS OPPFELT, 13023 NE 32nd Pl. in Bellevue, Washington, eventually forced me to undertake this painful task in order to tackle his shameless lies and wicked attacks. 
He is admitted liar, twister, and lies-pusher, and became wickedly exploiting JUDGE McCARTHY's sickening administration of justice on attacking me and on libeling me.  In attempt to bring me on his sordid level, he became slandering me that I was lying under oath during the January 20, 2009 court hearing which concerned my petition for the Protective Order against him, and against his buddies in crime - the villainous sexual predators President for SALISH VILLAGE HOA CRAIG DULIS and manager for SALISH VILLAGE HOA CARL MASON.  (Click this link and scroll down to see those petitions.)
Despite of my countless requests, he never specified what I had been supposedly lying there, but endlessly repeats his snide allegations.  Therefore, to put the account straight, I was eventually forced to compile the facts, and the documents related to this harrowing court hearing, and together with the background information make them public in that website. 

Although JUDGE McCARTHY's wobbly administration of justice seems to be worse than this in the former Communist Europe, and his ill and utterly bias decision encouraged the above-named wicked trio to the still more malicious actions, I really had not had desire to reopened my scars and to go public with my painful experience in his courtroom.  On the other hand, I am glad now that I have done it, because his FOUR incoherent and bias decisions in my cases were not just painfully unjust, but became also the major part of my dreadful experiences in SALISH VILLAGE.  They involve:

  • gross abuse of power;

  • tax evasion;

  • racketeering;

  • embezzlement;

  • sexual harassment;

  • insults based on national origin;

  • deception;

  • bribery;

  • coercion by seduction;

  • willful destruction of marriage;

  • coercion by administrative actions;

  • solicitation of sex in exchange for defying of the immigration law;

  • violation of the housing laws;

  • violation of the Americans With Disabilities Act;

  • gross violation of professional ethics and all norms of decency.  

All above violations were perpetrated by DULIS and MASON under the "supervision" of the lousy McCUE & ASSOCIATES that mismanaged the SALISH VILLAGE until June of 2009, and some of them undisturbedly continue under the new mismanagement by the PINNACLE MANAGING COMPANY to this day. 
Deplorably, the bloody shyster-landlord OPPFELT became skillfully exploiting my silence in the issue of JUDGE McCARTHY's judicial blunder, so publishing of the facts and identical documents should tackle his creepy attempts to twist the truths. 
The cases are closed, the court documents become a public domain, and JUDGE McCARTHY's ill and bias decision that stripped me from my Constitutional right to free speech was repealed.  Therefore, he can't obstruct my rights any longer and couldn't threaten me by jail if I would go public. 
If the bloody shyster-landlord OPPFELT wouldn't stop his creepy attacks, I'll also obtain the Court voice record and will publish it as well.
